needs to have an MBA from a premier institute and
have about 2-4 years of experience in marketing,
advertising or a related field. He or she will need
to have excellent communication skills, analytical
skills and proven leadership qualities. He or she
will need to be a team player having shown the maturity
to lead a project from start to finish. It is an
advantage if the candidate has been directly involved
with strategy, planning and forecasting. He or she
should be exposed to research, its interpretation
and application in various business scenarios.
